THE SHIFT
For a season, The Compel Collective operated as a digital marketing and business operations agency. I spent my days helping businesses write captions, analyze data, organize their CRM, build and implement standard operating procedures, all while helping them grow their online presence.
But as I looked around our local business community, I realized something: Women didn't just need better social media strategies and behind the scenes organization. They needed each other.
We are pivoting from a service provider to a Community Hub. Our mission is no longer to do the work for you, but to empower you with the connection, the "no-fluff" resources, and the encouragement you need to compel your own business to success.

Drawing inspiration from movements like Empowered by Connection, we are building a local space where Iron Sharpens Iron.

I’m Megan Wurzelbacher. Most people know me as a Domestic Relations & Real Estate Strategist, but at heart, I am a builder.
With a background in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, and years of experience in Freelance Digital Marketing, I understand the pressure of building a brand while raising a family.
I created this space because I wanted a room where I didn't have to apologize for being ambitious and faithful. I wanted a space where we could talk about profit margins and prayer requests in the same breath.
I am here to be your connector, your cheerleader, and your realist friend who tells you to keep going.
